Northgate Hiring Group is a hiring partner for growing companies that want to make thoughtful, long-term hiring decisions.
We work with owners and operators who understand that hiring is one of the highest-impact decisions in their business—but who don’t have the time, internal systems, or consistency required to run a disciplined hiring process on their own.
Our role is to bring structure and accountability to hiring. We do this by taking ownership of the process—from defining the role clearly, to sourcing and screening candidates consistently, to delivering a short list of qualified finalists for final consideration.
We are not a resume-forwarding recruiter or a high-volume staffing agency. We don’t measure success by how many candidates we send or how quickly a seat is filled. We measure success by fit, retention, and whether the hire meaningfully contributes to the business over time.
Because of that, we work selectively. We partner best with companies that value clarity, fair compensation, and long-term alignment—and are willing to approach hiring with the same level of discipline they apply to other critical business decisions.
When we take on a search, we stand behind our work. If a hire does not work out within the agreed guarantee period, we re-run the process at no additional cost.
